More than one lakh visitors are expected to visit New Delhi to watch Commonwealth Games in October this year. Seventy One countries are likely to participate in the biggest sporting extravaganza in the country. AIR correspondent quoting ITDC sources reports that booking for the accommodation for the games has begun. More than two thousand rooms have so far been booked in the newly constructed DDA flats. These flats have been named after rivers, Ganga, Godavari, Kaveri, Sindhu and Narmada. There are five thousand rooms in these flats. Besides this eight hundred rooms of ITDC Hotels will also be fully booked during the games. Additional accomodation is also being arranged and special arrangements are being made to provide them tiffined food.
