<span style="color: #222222;">A new comprehensive and overarching Space Policy is in the approval stage.  Stating this in the Rajya Sabha, Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office Dr. Jitendra Singh said that the new Policy has undergone extensive deliberations with industry groups, inter-ministerial consultations. He said, the new policy shall bring clarity on the role of various stakeholders, with a thrust on enhanced participation and handholding of Non-Government Entities in the space sector, including the Start-ups.<br />''<br />''Dr. Singh said, the creation of IN-SPACe as a single-window agency for the promotion and handholding of Non-Government Entities in conducting end-to-end space activities has resulted in a remarkable interest in the Start-up community. He said 111 space-startups registered on the IN-SPACe digital platform, as on date.</span><br />
