The new Army Chief General Bipin Rawat today said that his priority is to make technological advancement and modernise equipments and weapons so that army personnel could protect borders even better.<br/><br/>Talking to a news agency, General Rawat said, his priority is to boost Indian Army's moral and make every jawan believe that they empower the force. The General said, he also wants to modernise operational logistics.
