Nepal's Deputy Prime Minister Kamal Thapa will arrive in New Delhi today on a three-day visit to India, during which he will hold talks with External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on a range of bilateral issues. Mr Thapa, who is also Nepal's Foreign Minister, will attend the convocation of the South Asian University in New Delhi tomorrow. This will be Thapa's fourth visit to India since he assumed office in October last year.
