Nepal's parliament will begin a fresh process to elect a new Prime Minister on Thursday afternoon. Four candidates including the Unified CPN (Maoist) Chairman Prachanda, Nepali Congress parliamentary party leader Ram Chandra Poudel, CPN (UML) Chairman Jhalanath Khanal and the Chairman of the Madhesh Janadkhiar Forum (Loktantrik) Bijay Kumar Gachchadar have already filed their nominations yesterday.AIR Kathmandu Correspondent reports that unlike the earlier poll, voting for the fresh election will take place under amended guidelines, which is deemed to be more result-oriented with the polling process restricted to three rounds of voting. If no candidate secures majority votes today, the second round of polling will be held on Saturday and the third round on Sunday.
