Nepal's Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has inducted Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai as a new Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation. <br />'' <br />'' Mr. Bhattarai is a ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) lawmaker from Taplejung. <br />'' <br />'' President Bidya Devi Bhandari administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly appointed minister in Kathmandu this evening. <br />'' <br />'' Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli and other dignitaries were also present at the swearing-in ceremony.<br />'' <br />'' The post of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister was lying vacant after Rabindra Adhikari died in a helicopter crash in February this year. Since then, the ministry's portfolio was with the Prime Minister. <br />''
