Nepal government will table in Parliament today the Constitution amendment bill to address the demands of agitating Madhesis and other ethnic groups. <br/><br/>Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has urged the opposition parties not to obstruct the house. He said, passing a bill was a matter of Parliament, hence, nobody should obstruct the Parliament by displaying an undemocratic character. <br/><br/>The amendment bill is an attempt to accommodate the demands of the agitating Madhesi and ethnic groups that include citizenship and boundary demarcation issues among others.<br/>
