Nepal President Bidya Devi Bhandari has urged foreign and domestic investors to invest in hydro power sector of Nepal.<br/><br/>Inaugurating Nepal Power Investment Summit 2018 at Kathmandu, President Bhandari said, Nepal has huge potential in hydro power and government is committed to create conducive atmosphere for the investment.<br/><br/>She said, the government gives top priority to capital, technology, market prospects and development of transmission facilities with the neighbouring countries.<br/><br/>In his keynote address, Indian Ambassador to Nepal Manjeev Singh Puri stressed upon the need to expeditiously move forward on all hydropower projects in Nepal. He said that Indian economy to grow five fold by the year 2040 and this will require great energy inputs.
