Nepal President Bidya Devi Bhandari has approved deployment of the Army for second phase of local elections scheduled on June 14. <br/><br/>According to a press release issued by the Office of the President, the approval has been given to conduct local polls in free, fair and fearless atmosphere. <br/><br/>The approval is accorded as per article 66(2) of the constitution and recommendation of Security Council and Cabinet.
