President of Nepal Bidya Devi Bhandari has appealed the people of Nepal to enthusiastically participate in the second and final phase of parliamentary and provincial elections to be held today. <br/><br/>In a message, President Bhandari said that elections for House of Representatives and Provincial Assemblies are historic and very important for implementation of the constitution. <br/><br/>She expressed hope that after the elections Nepal will have political stability and country will move ahead on the path of economic development based on social justice and equality. <br/><br/>Chief Election Commissioner of Nepal Dr. Ayodhyee Prasad Yadav has also called upon the voters to be part of this historic journey of making a progressive and developed Nepal. <br/><br/>Addressing media persons at Kathmandu this evening Dr. Yadav said that with this election constitution will be implemented, democratic federalism strengthen and transition period will be over.
