In Nepal, polling for the second and final phase of historic parliamentary and provincial elections will be held tomorrow. All preparations have been completed for the voting for 128 constituencies of House of Representatives and 256 seats of Provincial Assemblies in 45 districts. <br/><br/>Elaborate security arrangements have been made for fair and peaceful elections. 4,482 candidates including the Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and top leaders of various political parties are trying their luck in this phase. 15,344 polling centres have been set up for more than 1 crore 22 lakh voters.<br/><br/>Chief Election Commissioner of Nepal Dr. Ayodhyee Prasad Yadav told AIR Kathmandu correspondent that 400 international observers have been invited to monitor the elections. 45,000 observers from 52 organisations of Nepal have also been deputed to monitor the elections. <br/><br/>Polling will begin at 7 O' clock in the morning and continue till 5 in the evening. First round of election was successfully completed on November 26 in 32 districts. First time in the history of Nepal, elections for state assemblies are taking place. As per the new constitution of Nepal it is mandatory to complete local, province and parliament elections by January 21 next year. Local elections have already been completed.<br/><br/>
