In Nepal, polling for the second and final phase of parliamentary and provincial elections is being held today. The voting will take place in 128 constituencies of House of Representatives and 256 seats of Provincial Assemblies in 45 districts. <br/><br/>As many as 4,482 candidates including the Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and top leaders of various political parties are trying their luck in this phase. There are 15,344 polling centres for more than one crore 22 lakh voters. <br/><br/>Nepal President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appealed people of the country to enthusiastically participate in the elections. In a message, she said elections for House of Representatives and Provincial Assemblies is historic and very important for implementation of the constitution.
