Prime Minister of Nepal Sher Bahadur Deuba has congratulated India on its 69th Republic Day. In a message to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said, Nepal and India are close friends and neighbours enjoying excellent relations marked by goodwill, mutual understanding and cooperation. <br/><br/>Nepalese PM said that democratic norms, values and people to people interactions have consolidated bonds of age-old friendship between India and Nepal.<br/><br/>He also said that regular high-level exchanges and mutually beneficial spheres have further widened and deepened multidimensional Indo-Nepal relations. He expressed confidence that this relationship will further grow in the days to come. PM Deuba also wished peace, progress and prosperity to the friendly people of India.
