In Nepal, nominations for the second and final phase of parliament and provincial elections are being filed today. <br/><br/>Candidates are filing their papers for 128 constituencies of House of Representatives and 256 for State Assemblies in 45 districts. <br/><br/>Nominations will be filed till 5 PM in the office of respective Chief Election Officers and Election Officers of 45 districts. <br/><br/>Names can be withdrawn on Sunday and final list of candidates will be published on the same day. <br/><br/>Polling for the second and final phase will be held on December 7. Election for first round is scheduled on 26 November. <br/><br/>702 candidates are in fray for the first phase for 37 constituencies of House of Representatives and 74 seats of Provincial Assemblies in 32 districts. <br/><br/>As per the new constitution of Nepal local, province and parliament elections need to be completed by January 21 next year. Local elections have been successfully completed in September.
