The mortal remains of Indian mountaineer Ravi Kumar has been taken to home. His body was flown to New Delhi from Kathmandu this evening. His brother is accompanying the body.<br/><br/>According to post-mortem report Ravi Kumar died due to high altitude sickness and blunt force injury to the head. Ravi Kumar, a resident of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh was missing since May 20 after successfully climbing Mt. Everest, the highest peak of the world.<br/><br/>Later on May 22 his body was found in a 200-metre-deep crevasse near the summit. A team of 10 high-altitude expert climbers successfully lifted the body and brought it to Kathmandu on Sunday. Indian embassy in Nepal provided all necessary support in retrieval and sending mortal remains of Ravi Kumar to India.
