In Nepal, left alliance is leading in parliament and provincial elections. <br/><br/>As per latest reports alliance partners Communist Party of Nepal (UML) and Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre) has won 6 seats of House of Representative and leading in 50 constituencies. <br/><br/>Ruling Nepali Congress is leading in 10 constituencies, Rashtriya Janta Party Nepal in 2 and others are ahead in 2 places. <br/><br/>CPN (UML) candidates have won from Manang, Mustang, Bajhang, Mugu and Myagdi parliament seats. CPN (Maoist Centre) candidate won from Rukum (East). <br/><br/>An independent candidate has been elected from Humla parliamentary constituency. In provincial assemblies CPN (UML) won 7, CPN (Maoist Centre) 3, Nepali Congress 2 and Independent won from one place. CPN (UML) leading in 27, CPN (Maoist Centre) 17, Nepali Congress 7, Rashtriya Janta Party Nepal 2 and others are ahead in 2 places. <br/><br/>The historic elections for 165 constituencies of House of Representative and 330 seats of seven provincial assemblies were held in two phases on November 26 and December 7. <br/><br/>This was the first time in the history of Nepal that elections for state assemblies took place.
