All the services rendered by the Camp Office including issuing of motor vehicle permits and issuing of registration certificates for Indian nationals&nbsp; can now be&nbsp; availed from the Kathmandu Office of the&nbsp; Embassy of India.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Biratnagar Camp Office was opened in 2008 to deal with the situation arising out of devastating Kosi floods. The purpose of this Camp Office has been fulfilled and Government of India had decided to wind up the Camp Office and re-locate the personnel.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The decision was conveyed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to his Nepalese counterpart K.P.
