In Nepal, the government has constituted a four member task force for suggestions on relief package for the people. This was decided at the first cabinet meeting held on Friday after the expansion of the cabinet on Sunday. The taskforce includes the Minister of Physical planning and Works, Energy Minister, Minister for Health and population and Finance Minister. The relief package was expected to be announced today however there was some reservations from the Samyukta Loktantantik Madhesi Morcha. Mr Bhattarai had announced that he will bring relief to the people as soon as he was elected as Prime Minister. The Deputy Prime Minister and foreign Affairs Minister Mr. Narayan Kaji Shrestha has been appointed as the Spokesman of the government and also endorsed appointments to the National Planning Commission. The Cabinet also decided to rectify the earlier decision of the Madhav Kumar Nepal government on national dress.
