The Himalayan country has already received more than 2.3 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine from India, including one million doses as a gift.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The latest approval comes as authorities in Nepal said they were suspending their vaccination campaign because of a lack of supply.
