In Nepal, campaigning for second and final phase of parliament and provincial elections came to an end last night. Polling for 128 constituencies of House of Representatives and 256 seats of Provincial Assemblies will be held on Thursday in 45 districts. <br/><br/>4482 candidates including Nepali Congress President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN(Maoist Centre) Chairman and former PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, CPN (UML) Chief and Former Prime Minister K.P.Sharma Oli, Rashtriya Janata Party Nepal's Presidium Coordinator Mahant Thakur and Sanghiya Samajvadi Forum Nepal Chairman Udpendra Yadav are in fray in last phase. Elaborate security arrangements have been made for free, fair and peaceful elections. <br/><br/>Nepal-India border has been sealed and security personnel from both the countries jointly patrolling in border areas. Meanwhile, thousands of voters leaving from Kathmandu valley to their hometowns and villages to exercise their franchise. First round of election was successfully completed on November 26 in 32 districts. The historic parliament and provincial elections are seen as Nepal's final step to federal democratic nation.<br/><br/>
