Nepal budget session adjourned till July 11

In Nepal, the budget session of parliament was adjourned till 11th of this month soon after it met this afternoon after the members observed a two minute silence in memory of martyrs who laid down their lives.<br/><br/>The Speaker Mr. Subhash Nemwang read out a letter sent by the President on the resignation of Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal and his advice to the Mr. Nepal to continue in office until the formation of a new government.<br/><br/>According to official sources, the care taker government will present a vote-account bill in the parliament next week before the current financial comes to a close on 16th of this month to enable the government to meet its day to day expenditure until a full budget is presented by the new government. Under the provisions of the interim constitution, a care taker government cannot present a full budget in the House.
