Before being transferred, Pandey worked at the Ministry of Home Affairs. He is reported to have been involved in the illegal act when he was posted at the Ministry. Nepal police arrested the former parliamentarian of Nepal Indrajit Rai for his involvement in this scam in Lalitpur yesterday.<br />''<br />''Arrested Rai, who also served as a security advisor to the then Minister of Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa, has now been kept at Police Range, Kathmandu.
