External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has said improving bilateral relations with immediate neighbouring countries and showcasing India's strength to the world are her top priorities.
Addressing the media in New Delhi after assuming charge of her ministry today, she said SAARC countries should work together for the development of the region.
Replying to a query on the just concluded visit of Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to New Delhi, Mrs Swaraj said it is not possible to have normal bilateral talks under the noise of bomb blasts.
