BJP today launched an offensive against Congress saying negativity is counter productive and the main Opposition party should learn a lesson from the results of recent civic body polls. In a tweet, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said this is the electorate's message to Congress after Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Banguluru civic elections in which BJP performed well. BJP President Amit Shah described the Banguluru civic poll results as the victory of development oriented policies of the party.
