<span style="color: #222222;">The Congress MLAs in Tamil Nadu were evicted from the House today. During a debate in the Assembly on the controversies surrounding NEET, a ruling AIADMK member blamed the erstwhile UPA rule in 2010 in which the DMK was a party saying it paved the way for the NEET. The Congress legislators asked the Speaker P.Dhanapal to expunge a remark against the wife of senior Congress leader P.Chidambaram.<br />'' <br />'' The ruling party member said, she argued in the apex court against giving exemption for Tamil Nadu from NEET. The speaker refused to expunge the remarks, and the Congress members trooped into the well of the House leading to their removal for the day.<br />'' <br />'' Talking to reporters outside the House, KR Ramasami, leader of the Congress Legislature Parry said, it is against the Assembly rules for talking about anyone who is not in the House. He said, when the UPA was in power at the Centre, the NEET was made optional for the states adding there was no compulsion.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, the state Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswamy said the DMK has to take the blame for the NEET saying it did not stop it when it was part of the Central Government which brought it.<br />'' <br />''DMK leader MK Stalin said as long as it was in power in the state and in the Centre, the NEET was not followed in Tamil Nadu.</span>
