Senior Indian Information Service officer Neelam Kapoor has been appointed as the Director General of the Sports Authority<br/>of India. <br/><br/>The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet approved her appointment to the post till her superannuation. Ms Kapoor is at present serving as the Principal Director General of the Directorate of Field Publicity.
