Anil Kakodkar, former chairman of Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) said this at anti-terrorism seminar held in Mumbai today. He said, after any kind of explosion, Police teams going to the spot should be armed with radiation monitors. Mr Kakodkar said if radioactivity is detected then the place has to be cordoned off and the authorities of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) should be called.
