Union Human Resource Minister Smriti Zubin Irani today said that to create more opportunities of employment , there is a need to screw relations between educational institutions and Industry. She was addressing second convocation for Haryana Central University at Jatpali village of Mahendergarh district. <br/><br/>Stressing women empowerment on this occasion she said that more and more women should be engaged in the field of research and for this they should be encouraged. Praising the university for running various schemes of social upliftment the minister said that the university is developing six villages under UNNAT BHARAT ABHIYAAN, which she said is a worth appreciating effort. She also released a book of Prof Ramnaresh Mishra on this occasion and inaugurated a children's home, Abhilasha` and a self help centre Swawlamban` and WI FI facility.
