Union Home Secretary G K Pillai has said there is a need to re-educate ourselves to comply with the fast moving global changes and technological advancements. Speaking to a large gathering of tribals on the occasion of the Second Manipur Tribal Cultural Exchange Programme at Ukhrul in Manipur today, the Union Home Secretary said, our traditional culture and identity should be preserved while we are going with changing trends.
