US Ambassador to India, Nancy Powell has said that there is a need to keep working on parts of the Indo-US civilian nuclear deal. The ambassador was speaking at an interaction organized by the Asia Society in Mumbai last night. Powell hoped that Americans would be able to compete on a level playing field for creation of nuclear energy projects in India. She also expresed hope that things related to US investment in the country that have been on the table for a while would move soon. On the relation shared by US, India and Pakistan, the ambassador said that it is important for both US and India to continue the dialogue with Pakistan to ensure that its economy grows.
