Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made an appeal to the people to use the word Divyang in place of Viklang. Inaugurating a social empowerment camp in Varanasi today he said that we have to change our attitude towards those who are disabled.<br/><br/>We have to think that they are not deprived of certain abilities instead they are provided with something which is extraordinary. Prime Minister expressed grief over the accident in which about two dozen Divyang persons where injured when they were being brought to the event this morning. <br/>Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched social empowerment camp in Varanasi today. He distributed apparatuses and equipment of different categories to the persons with disabilities. PM launched a training programme of sewing and distributed sewing machines to 5000 widows of Lumba foundation.<br/><br/>He talked to five such children, who have started hearing and speaking after their surgical operations. He flagged off Varanasi-New Delhi Mahamana express train through remote from the place of today's mega event and the train moved from the station.
