There are nearly 700 terrorists operating in Jammu and Kashmir and the infiltrating militants in the state are getting funds and equipment from Pakistan.<br/>J & K Director General of Police Kuldeep Khoda said this while talking to reporters in Jammu yesterday. Replying a question regarding infiltration bids from across the International Border (IB) and the Line of Control (LoC), the DGP said they have shown a decline in recent years and most of them have been foiled by the security forces. <br/>The DGP also charged Pakistani establishment with providing logistic support to infiltrators, including funding and equipment to vitiate the atmosphere and increase violence in the valley. <br/>
