In Himachal Pradesh, more than 41.64 percent polling has been reported till 1 o'clock in all the four Parliamentary Constituencies of the state where voting started at 7.00 in the morning amid tight security.

Hamirpur recorded 49.62 percent voting, Kangra and Mandi witnessed over 43 percent voting each, and Shimla around 41 percent polling.

About 48 lakh electorate are eligible to exercise their franchise to seal the electoral fate of 38 candidates.
