<br/>The indigenous women activists representing various women organisations in North-East have come together to fight against violence and discrimination against women. At a recent two-day assembly of woman activists at Guwahati under the banner of Indigenous Women's Forum for North East India, they resolved to work towards a meaningful intervention on the issue. A release issued in Nagaland said, the participants also presented the women rights issues in their respective communities and the state.
