NDRF teams deployed in Gujarat, Maharashtra in view of Cyclone Nisarga; PM assures all possible support

<span style="color: #333333;">Director General of NDRF S N Pradhan has said that 11 teams of NDRF have been deployed in Gujarat and 10 teams in Maharashtra in view of Cyclone Nisarga. He said, Gujarat has asked for 5 more teams and the teams are being airlifted from Punjab. Mr Pradhan said, the 5 teams are expected to reach Gujarat by evening. He said, 2 teams are in standby for Gujarat and 6 teams in standby for Maharashtra. <br />''<br />''</span>The NDRF DG informed that evacuation process and awareness drive has started.
