New Delhi Municipal Council,NDMC today unveiled a budget of about 1931 crore rupees for the financial year 2010-11 with a special focus on upgrading of infrastructure for Comonwealth Games alongwith E-governance and greenery management. <br/><br/>Briefing reporters in new Delhi,after presentation of the budget proposals, the NDMC Chairman Mr Parimal Rai said that the special emphasis has been focused on timely completion of Commonwealth Games 2010 related projects and to make the National Capital a world Class city.<br/><br/>He said that the budget will also focus on redevelopment of Connaught Place, streetscaping and beautification of roads and upgrading of streetlights based on GSM technology.
