In Assam, ten militants, including one female member of banned National Democratic Front of Bodoland (Ranjan Daimary faction) on Saturday surrendered at Tezpur in Sonitpur district in the presence of Army and Senior District officials. The militants also deposited their arms and ammunition with the authorities.
