The highest policy making body of the country National Development Council (NDC), will meet tomorrow to deliberate upon 12th Plan from 2012 to 2017. The meeting to be chaired by the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will focus on various issues including rationing of water, 32 rupees poverty line and corruption.
