Congress has hit out at NDA government, which completes two years today, saying it has failed to deliver. Addressing media in New Delhi, senior party leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said government has been thriving on advertisements and the past two years have been full of hollow promises.<br/><br/>He said core sector growth is negligible, rupee is sliding, and inflation very high. Saying that there is major agricultural distress, Mr Azad alleged that the government has done nothing to help farmers in the time of drought. <br/><br/>He also accused the government of spreading fear among Dalits, and students. Speaking on the occasion, party leader Kapil Sibal said NDA government does not have a clear foreign policy towards Pakisatn and China.
