The Congress today said the NDA government should send a clear signal to Pakistan that terrorist attacks will not be tolerated. Briefing media in New Delhi, party leader and former Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde said India can be friend with Pakistan but that country should take action against terrorism. <br/><br/>Mr Shinde said the government should have shut down all movements from airbase immediately after receiving intelligence inputs. He also lauded the work of armed forces for their prompt action in combing operation.
