Congress Vice president Rahul Gandhi, today hit out at the Modi government at the Centre and Devendra Fadnavis government in Maharashtra , saying that both are losing credibility very fast. Addressing party workers' meeting held in Malad, Mumbai,Rahul, also admitted that people were angry with Congress during last Parliamentary election.He claimed that now things are getting back on track for his party.<br/><br/>Rahul Gandhi, who is who is on a two-day tour to Mumbai, also criticised the 'Smart City' scheme for the metropolis ,saying that budget for the commercial capital of India goes into thousands of crores of rupees and it doesn't make any sense to allocate only 100 crores in the name of making it a smart city . <br/><br/>He also said that government's clean India movement is useless as there is no plan for solid waste management in the city. Mr Gandhi alleged that schemes launched by Modi government will benefit only the rich selected people and will not be useful for the common man.
