Addressing an election rally at Udaipur in Gomti district of Tripura this afternoon, senior BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted that the opposition parties could stoop to any level to remove him from power. Mr Modi said, the Congress and the Left are working together to oust him even if that meant singing paeans to Pakistan. <br />'' <br />'' He said, the middle-class has long suffered under the Congress rule. He said, some parties including the Congress want to impose more taxes on the middle-class. Mr Modi said, the NDA government has taken all possible steps for the development of the country. He said that with the support of people, the NDA government has taken strict and big initiatives to fight against poverty and enemies of the country. <br />'' <br />'' He said, the NDA government has focussed on accelerating development of the eastern and northeastern region of the country.  Tripura Chief Minister and BJP Pradesh President Biplab Kumar Deb, party candidates and other senior leaders also attended the rally.  <br />'' <br />'' On the other side, Congress and CPIM have also stepped up campaigning across the state. Election to two Lok Sabha seats in Tripura will be held on April 11th and April 18th.
