Congress today alleged that NDA government has failed on all the important indices of development. <br/><br/>Briefing media in New Delhi, party spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said government is yet to begin its principle agenda of governance and development even after 24 months. <br/><br/>He said entire country expected Prime Minister Narendra Modi to have governance as centre point of his agenda but BJP has failed the people of India.
