Union Minister of State for Finance Jayant Sinha said that NDA government is fully committed to the development of North East. He said this in Itanagar today. The Minister is on tour to all the north eastern states to review the status of various Central Programmes and fiscal resources that the Centre is providing to these states.<br/><br/>The Minister said that under 14th finance commission Arunachal Pradash is going to get an amount of Rs.55897 crores as unconditional fund which is 500% increase from the previous one. He added that this unprecedented amount of money coming to Arunachal Pradesh is historic and will be a game changer. <br/><br/>He further said that the State Government has shown an over-draft of several days which is quite unusual despite having sufficient money in the treasury. He assured that if there is any financial mismanagement then it would be thoroughly investigated.
