In Bihar, a delegation of NDA today submitted nine point memorandum to Governor in protest against release of former RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin. Later talking to correspondent senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi and other leaders of the alliance demanded Crime Control Act (CCA) must be imposed against Shahabuddin.<br/><br/> He should not be allowed to live in the state on the pattern of Patidar leader of Gujrat Hardik Patel. Mr. Modi demanded security of witnesses of in the criminal cases in which Shahabuddin is accused as there is threat on their lives.
