She had demanded the presence of social workers during the recording of her statement before a magistrate.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a tweet, the Commission said, it has come across this disturbing news and will write to the concerned authorities for withdrawing the case against the victim at the earliest.</span><br />''  <br />
