The National Commission for Woman today started investigation into the alleged gang rape of a 17 year old girl at Ramgarhwa village in Motihari. <br/><br/>Commission member Sushma Sahu today met the victim in a local hospital. She said local administration is trying to hush up the whole episode. She said there is enough evidence of that rape has taken place which has not been mentioned in the medical report. <br/><br/>Union Ministers Radha Mohan Singh and Upendra Kushwaha today met family members of the victim. They said, it was a shameful incident and a black spot on Bihar. They said, those who have committed the heinous crime should not be spared and must be punished.
