Union Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi has said that National Commission for Women should become window to help every women in trouble. <br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion of 25th Anniversary Celebrations of NCW in New Delhi today, Mrs. Gandhi urged the members of the NCW and State Commissions to help those women who are in distress by visiting personally. <br/><br/>She also congratulated NCW for their tireless efforts in promoting gender justice, equality, equity and ensuring dignity of women.<br/><br/>
