<span style="color: #222222;">National Commission for Women has requested BYL Nair Hospital for an investigation in the suicide case of medical student Payal Tadvi.  The commission has written to the director of the hospital to apprise NCW of action taken in the matter. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Taking a suo-motto cognizance on media report regarding the death of Tadvi over casteist slurs from seniors, the NCW said, the case is a matter of serious concern. </span><br />
