The Commission said such remarks are not only regressive but also insensitive to women's rights and choices. Talking to media in New Delhi, NCW Chairperson Rekha Sharma termed Bihar Chief Minister's actions and gestures as an ugly joke. <br />''<br />''The Chairperson has also written to Bihar Assembly Speaker Awadh Bihari Choudhary demanding strong action against  Mr. Kumar.
